Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains where we deliver, how long delivery takes, what it costs and what to expect when your order arrives. It applies to orders placed on bluearcwelds.com.

Heavy and bulky items

Industrial welding machines and plasma cutters are heavy items and may be delivered by freight vehicle rather than standard courier. For these orders:

• Our team or the carrier will contact you to agree a delivery date and time
• Delivery is to the ground-floor entrance or loading area of the delivery address, unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Please make sure there is suitable vehicle access and that someone is available to help unload; palletised goods may require a forklift or pallet truck
• For deliveries to construction sites, free zones and restricted areas, the customer is responsible for arranging any gate passes, access permits or security clearance in advance

Receiving your order

An adult must be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the order. The carrier may ask for ID.

Before signing, check that the number of packages matches your order and that the packaging is intact. If you see any damage, note it on the delivery note and report it to us within 48 hours of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy.

Incorrect address and failed delivery

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and that the UAE mobile number on your order is reachable. Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched.

If a delivery fails because the address is incorrect or nobody is available to receive the order, the carrier will attempt delivery again. If the order is returned to us after repeated failed attempts, a redelivery charge may apply before we send it out again.

Delays, back-orders and split shipments

If a product is out of stock or delayed, we will let you know as soon as possible and offer you the choice of waiting, substituting a similar product or cancelling the affected item for a full refund.

Orders containing several products may be sent in more than one shipment at no additional delivery charge to you.

Risk and ownership

Responsibility for the products passes to you when they are delivered to your address or collected from our branch. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.
